Consumer Cellular cut off my phone service on March 5th and I have had no phone since. I'm 73 and live alone--so no other phones in the house--and no corner pay phone as in the good old days. They said it was because my phone was 3G, but it's not, it's 4G. They sent a new phone but I'm not able to activate it because the instructions are for those who are new customers or are porting a number from another carrier--no mention of those of us who were cut off for no good reason after SEVEN YEARS of customer loyalty! So not only don't I have emergency phone service, but no longer have my call logs, texts, contacts etc.!
But they don't GAS about seniors like they advertise!
