The Secretary of State is a moron (in my opinion) who doesn't know the law regarding passive campaigning at the polls. She's directing/allowing county election clerks to harass and threaten people for passively campaigning at the polls. This is a violation of the U.S. and Oregon constitutions! A lawsuit notice (tort claim) has been filed so that you the taxpayers will need to pony up for her arrogance and incompetence. FIRE HER ASAP! She's too stupid to hold public office! (In my opinion.)
