Description
Seeking a Handyman or Maintenance worker for a Senior Living facility to perform preventative maintenance including maintaining building exterior and interior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot.
Day shift: 7am to 3:30pm
Pay: $20 an hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Turn apartments to rent-ready condition in a professional and timely fashion
Assures maintenance of Community interior, including resident apartments, common areas, offices, storage rooms, and kitchen
Inspects Community daily so as to promptly address maintenance concerns.
Performs maintenance tasks for residents (e.g., moving furniture or hanging pictures)
Performs emergency maintenance services at community on on-call basis.
