Full-time, stable company with benefits and advancement potential! Our best Maintenance Techs have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including: 1. Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry 2. Experience in carpentry, electrical, basic plumbing, painting, and basic appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and trouble-shooting 3. HVAC Certification is a big plus! 5. Making ready units for new occupancy 6. Maintaining units of current residents 7. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities 8. A great customer service personality and work ethic NOTE: Position requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
