My names Karen and my 14 year old daughters in New hope in rock hill sc, they made a mistake and threw all her underwear and socks away, all her shampoo,conditioner and her body wash, when I called them they said they would replace those items but then they said they wouldn't, I just needed some other parents to come forward about getting this place shut down they shouldn't be opened the place is nasty with mold all over the walls,a couple of kids got arrested from over there, they scream and holler at them they are supposed to be professionals but they're not professionals at all, please if your child's been there and you have any complaints please get in contact with me, we can work together to get this place shut down.
