Beware of the ad "Green Cheek conure baby (Baltimore)". I ran a similar ad several days ago. All the sentences are the same. The only difference is price. It has changed from $350 to $250, and the map location has changed from southeast Baltimore county to Baltimore City. I answered the ad and a text message just reached me from area code 760 (CA) asked me if I was interested for the price of $250. When I asked where was it located, the answer was Baltimore. When I asked when could I see the bird, the answer was that a lot of people had inquired about it and if I could pay a down payment on it, it could be reserved for me. No mention of time of seeing. The picture sent to me from the text-message was exactly the picture I had sent out to someone who asked about the baby bird for sale several days ago. Please do not put down your deposit without seeing the bird or any other animals first. Also check the area code of the return phone call and Google search to find out where is it from. Some heartless people just want to take advantage of your loving nature.
