Essential Functions:
-Attach ID labels to finished packaged items
-Sort, grade, weigh and inspect products
-Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur
-Observe machine operations to ensure quality
-Remove finished package items and inspect
-Minor adjustments or repairs to equipment
-Regulate machine flow, speed, temperature
-Sort product for packaging
-Count and record finished packaged items
Mixing
-Weigh or measure materials
-Process ingredients according to formula
-Read work orders
-Observe production
-Mix or blend materials
-Test samples of materials or products
-Accurate record keeping
Skills
-Operation Monitoring
-Active Listening
-Operation and control
Education
-High school diploma/GED
-5 yrs in manufacturing environment
-Demonstrated leadership skills
-Ability to motivate team members
