Job details Salary $11 - $20 an hour Job Type Full-time Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description Locally-owned Property Management Company servicing over 500+ apartment units in the State College area is seeking a reliable, full-time person to help keep their properties safe, clean, in good condition and to provide excellent customer service to their residents. Duties Include: Resident Work-Order Repairs & Replacements Maintenance & Painting of Apartments Building Repairs & Maintenance Snow Removal Light Janitorial & Landscaping Minimum Requirements: Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check Dependable vehicle & valid driver’s license with no recent major violations Willingness to learn general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electricity & HVAC. Prior maintenance experience is a plus. Ability to work on own with minimal supervision Willing to work extra hours occasionally when needed & be On-Call periodically Pay & Benefits: Full-Time, Year-Round Position Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
