Do you or your child suffer from Vitiligo? A board-certified dermatologist is running an investigational study in your area that you may be eligible for.
Qualified participants will receive compensation for their time and travel. There is no cost to participate and health insurance is not required.
Vitiligo is a disease that occurs when cells that produce melanin die or stop functioning, and usually appears before the age of 30. Vitiligo is characterized by these symptoms:
- Patchy loss of skin color, usually first on the face, hands, and around body openings and genitals
- Loss of color or premature greying of hair on the scalp, eyelashes, eyebrows, or beard
- Loss of color in the tissues lining the inside of the mouth or nose
