We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Landscape Laborers to conduct general lawn maintenance duties to ensure our customers have a beautiful and healthy outdoor environment. A Landscaper Laborer’s responsibilities include applying fertilizers, maintaining landscape design integrity by removing weeds or dead plants from the property and caring for all other plants on the property. Ultimately, you will ensure that the lawns and gardens are properly maintained throughout the year. Responsibilities: • Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth • Remove weeds and dead plants • Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves • All aspects of Mowing, Edging, and flower bed maintenance, • Tree maintenance will include trimming, pruning, and tree fertilization • Provide proper upkeep of hand and power tools and equipment, including maintenance on company vehicles. Ensured vehicles and tools were cleaned before being stored, and shop • Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, curbs, parking area, and streets • Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. • Requirements and skills: • Proven work experience as a Landscaper Laborer or similar role • Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds • Must be able to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, snow blowers,chain saws, electric clippers,pruning saws and hedge trimmers • Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Good stamina and physical health to work outdoors for extended periods • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Worked in a team environment as well as independently • Valid driver’s license and clean background check • First-rate customer service skills
