Peak Landscape, Inc. Sumner, WA Job Description: Peak Landscape Inc. is looking for an experienced and positive leader to join our team. The right candidate will be adaptable, knowledgeable in the industry regulations, resilient, eager to learn and always able to lead first. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job type: Full-time Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Responsibilities: -Implement route schedules -Lead crew to complete work at all scheduled and unscheduled client sites -Perform work requiring the use of hand tools, power tools, and mowing equipment -Safely operate company vehicles and issued equipment -Complete daily work orders and necessary paperwork -Perform all aspects of the job, with a safety first mindset -Other duties as assigned -Be a leader -Lead by example -Hold themselves and others accountable for all company and safety policies -Assure the continued training of employees -Assure the effective communication flow between crew members and supervisors Benefits: -Paid Holidays -Paid time off -Tuition reimbursement -Opportunity for growth in a growing company Requirements: -At least 3 years of landscape enhancement experience preferred -Must be able to carry objects weighing at least 75lbs -Must be able to work outside regardless of the conditions as long as safety standards are upheld -Must have a valid driver's license -Must be able to speak Spanish or English -Experience working as a crew leader for a landscape company preferred -Good understanding of proper pruning practices preferred -Some knowledge of techniques to manage weeds, insects, and plant diseases preferred Have a basic understanding of: -Installing annuals -Herbicide application and relevant practices -Using tractors, track hoes, trenchers, backhoes, etc -Trucks and power equipment -Fertilization About Us: Founded in 2005, the mission of Peak Landscape, Inc. has always been to build long-term relationships based on quality workmanship, technical experience, and great customer service.
