Description: - Direct hire - Candidates considered for this role will be responsible for assisting in Phase 2 of construction at the new plant. - Candidates will be building fusion energy electromechanical parts and assemblies, - Working with calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers - Learning something new every day, - Looking for candidates that are a strong culture fit, a can-do attitude - Supervisor roles available for qualified candidates Skills: construction, assembly equipment Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must Haves: -Experience with hand and power tools -Ability to stand for an extended period and to lift 20 lbs, -Commitment to safety and quality -Ability to take directions from leadership and work independently -Desire to work and contribute in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills -Meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness with hands-on work -Ability and patience to work through projects from start to finish, including assembly and testing -Positive and entrepreneurial mindset Like to Haves: -Construction, service technician, or automotive technician experience Why Work Here?
