We are a Lancaster, PA-based solar installer, delivering turnkey, renewable energy systems for residential, commercial, farm, and institutional facilities. Our renewable energy company offers a comprehensive line of products, services, and solutions, including Grid-tie, Grid-tie with battery backup, and off-grid solutions. We are looking to expand our services and enter new markets with our current growth. Since 2002, we have helped homeowners, business owners, and farmers create a brighter, cleaner future through solar energy. We are an industry leader in off-grid solar systems and strive for excellence in our work and innovation. Our Ideal Solar PV Installer: • Experienced: Has a background working in a construction-related or mechanical field such as HVAC, Electrical services, construction, home remodeling, etc. • Skilled: Must be a motivated, mechanically inclined person who can read blueprints and use hand tools. • Stewardship Mindset: Cares about creation and sustainability. Excited about clean, renewable energy & technology. • Reliable: Should be prompt and on time for work, have a clean driving record, and contribute to the team. • Growth Mindset: Is eager to learn. Sets and works towards goals. Looks for opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborates with the team to help the company advance. • Team Player: Has excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to serve others on the team. Humble enough to admit mistakes.
