We have several openings for Professional Process Servers. We currently have openings in Boulder, Larimer & Weld County. It is recommended that Process Servers already are serving for other process serving firms, if brought on as a sub contractor you either must have a trade name / business name registered and in place or currently working for other process serving firms. You will be typically given work in the same area that you are currently working in with the other firms. REQUIREMENTS: DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU CAN MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS!! 1) Over the Age of 18 2) Ability to work independently 3) No Criminal Convictions involving Moral turpitude 4) Must have own vehicle and Current Insurance 5) Smart Phone / Computer / Printer / Scanner / Internet capabilities 6) Understands or Knows Colorado Rules of Civil Process ((C.R.C.P.)) Generous compensation is provided based upon each document that is effectively served within the guidelines set forth by Colorado Rules of Civil Process. This is a TRUE 1099 independent contractor CONTRACTED job.
