Guest House is a staging and retail company based in Denver and we’re looking to hire a reliable moving company willing to work closely with our team of designers to safely move furniture into and out of homes on the market for sale. This position is on a per project basis with the opportunity to guarantee consistent moves over time. A MOVING TRUCK IS REQUIRED. We schedule movers 3-10 days in advance + timing is flexible on moving day. Please review the job description and rates below before reaching out with your resume! **Flat Rates:** - $300-$600 per move **Schedule:** - Flexible Mon-Fri based on availability - Moves typically take between 3-6hrs **Warehouse** **Location:** 6th and Federal **Job Requirements:** - 2 people + truck required for each move - Work closely with Warehouse Manager to safely pack, wrap and load all items for each install - We work with high-quality/price furniture and one-of-a-kind artwork - Basic moving materials required - blankets, cling wrap, straps etc. - Communicate with the designer assigned to the home about timeline and scope - You are responsible for transporting all necessary items safely to and from each home - We stage houses on the market for sale so it’s highly important to take extra care of the homes (walls, doorways, floors etc.) as well as our furniture. - It is required that your team is professional and efficient especially around realtors and clients - Previous staging experience is a big plus This opportunity is available through Guest House (guesthouseshop.com).
