Russian Tortoise in need of rehome

I have an adult male Russian Tortoise (he is small and fully grown) who I've had for nearly 3 years. He's been a great addition to the family and so much fun. I love him to death but due to unexpected health problems I am looking to rehome him to someone who can give him the care I used to be able to. I would ask a rehoming fee to ensure proper care can be provided, and would need someone willing to take care of his needs. He would come with all sorts of supplies (lighting, emergency heat packs, hides, substrate, water treatment, & more) and his indoor enclosure (a 4x1x1 wooden tortoise table) but the indoor enclosure was never meant to be a permanent indoor home as he spent most of his time outdoors with me. I'm willing to travel to surrounding areas if it ensured he'd go to a good home. Please contact me for more info.
