Drywall repair/patch/touch up

So, I'm selling my mother's manufactured home because she is in hospice care. She has a mailbox that drops directly into the home, and as you can see in these pictures, it is damaged. I need it repaired, and also many nail holes etc that need to be filled, patched, replaced... and some touch up paint. The home interior is painted white (probably swiss coffee) and I can't afford to paint the entire home. Please message me what you can do, when you can do it, and how much you would charge.
