Description

I am a 27 year old female looking for man. If ur serious and free now then shoot me I'm looking to join a country Gospel/contemporary rock band or start one. I have played for years on the road for a few well know country artists. The lord has put it on my heart to take my talents and use it to lift up his name. If interested shoot me a message. We are experienced musicians. A singer, guitar, drums and bassist. We are playing a large range of classic rock to newer music. Alice In Chains, Halestorm, Stevie Nicks, Journey, The Pretty Reckless,Stray Cats, Billy Squier ect. We practice on Wednesday night and Saturday afternoons. Plan to gig 1 or 2 times a month. We are looking for a dedicated keyboardist to round out our sound. If you can sing some back ups or want to do a few leads that would be a bonus. If this sounds like something that you may be interested in, please contact me for more information.I play rhythm guitar and do some lead vocal, but I’ve been mainly backup vocals. If you are a lead player, ideally, I’d like to have 2. Possibly a keyboardist, and a lead vocalist. If anyone plays harmonica that would be great. At this time, we may have the drummer and bassist, but if you play those instruments please respond anyway. Would be playing classic rock, Americana, blues, and some country. I believe playing music should be fun, a great song is a great song and doesn’t have to be the hit! I like a wide variety of music. While I’m not interested in playing the bar scene I’m not against a gig. Think winery’s, parties, or the local festivals (Ham Days, Court Days, Beer Cheese, Festival of The Horse..Etc.) If this sounds like something you’d like to do, respond to this and let’s get started! I have a very open mind about all of it, all of this would-be-daunting. I really think we can do it. I would be lead vocals (I don't play any instruments), so make sure you listen to my soundcloud first if you intend to contact me. I feel that I can, and will, improve in time, and I'm not expecting you to be world-class either. Your talent can be minimal so long as you're as passionate and dedicated as I am.Looking for a band again. I'm equally happy on guitar or bass. Looking to do blues (leaning towards Memphis and Chicago) and/or classic rock (leaning towards Brit and 60s/70s). Folk is cool. Soul is cool. Irish is cool. Not into Country, Metal or Southern Rock at all. Far too many bands doing those already anyway. I have pro gear all around, a practice space in Paris and a day job. Guitar player seeking to play in a 2022 Jesus Christ Superstar production. I wanted to post this ad and then re-repost every month or so to see what, if any, opportunities are out there. Bucket-list endeavor / Always wanted to play these parts / Have a day job. Not a professional pit musician, but a good solid player. Pro gear. Team player. Music is known to me I am looking for mature, creative, experienced players with a high level of skill and musicality. Also looking for people I get along with interpersonally, of course! I have been playing for 50 years, all styles (religious, soul, funk, rock, Latin, folk, church, and jazz mostly for the last 25 years)... and I draw from all of them. I toured in bands for years, playing guitar and switched to bass in the 80's). I can read charts. I enjoy standards and arranging them, but also off-the-path stuff, and while gigs are nice, they are not essential to my goals. What I am looking for includes a jazz pianist, an established jazz group, or an eclectic multi-instrument project that might include mando, banjo, violin or other instruments... but with jazzy overtones. Some of my favorites include: Bill Evans, Petrucciani, Corea, Pieranunzi, Herbie, Jarrett, Jaco and too many other bass players to mention.
