Limestone Replace / Repair

Description

I have 2 built-in planters that were closed up by cementing a piece of granite on the top. The piece of granite pops off no problem, but the cement/glue/something is stuck to the original limestone caps. I am looking for someone to either remove the cement/glue or replace the limestone caps. I was hoping someone could come out and take a look and give me a quote. Or send me the information needed to give me a quote over email. The planters are about 3 feet wide and 4 feet deep.
