Protect Yo HeART Day is April 23rd and will be held at the CRUZ ROOM on 23rd & Alberta. PYHPDX will be hosting free yoga, body movement, art class, Love Is... wall and chalk art fun. We will have water, juice (for kids) and a whole lots of LOVE to go around. We hope you stop by to check out the local artists who will be selling their works as well as listen to Portland's finest music artists and DJ's. This is a community funded event is supported by your donations are on a pay what you can basis. We appreciate your presence and support. We hope to see you there! “Protect Yo Heart” day has become a movement with a dedicated fan base across the USA. The ubiquitous #ProtectYoHeART stencil debuted at Art Basel Miami in 2014 but was executed in the early 2000s. It grew organically, capturing the attention of art and HeART lovers across the globe. It has resulted in over 30 million “likes” and accumulated over 1.4 billion impressions on Instagram. Even celebrities (such as Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Miranda Lambert, Paris Hilton, and more) have posted about it.
