We need a great person to run our Mini Storage Facility. You should be someone that can work by yourself and be a self-starter. JOB REQUIREMENT(MUSTS): …….. Basic Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook .......... Valid Driver’s License (Not expired or ID card) .......... Insured Vehicle that you can us to run errands in. .......... Must be able to live onsite JOB DUTIES: Manage the facility including renting and marketing the units, as well as, collections. SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (one day off per week and a 3-day weekend every 5 weeks) PAY: $1,264 per month payroll wages plus free 2 bedroom -1 bath apartment (all bills paid) and bonus program that has averaged $300 per month.
