Commercial Cleaning Account-Office Space-Downtown Manchester-Pays $1625 per month We are a large Facility Services company looking to expand its use of good quality Cleaning Sub-Contractors. We currently have an account that we need someone to clean 5 nights/week. Services include cleaning of floors, vacuuming, disinfecting and cleaning restrooms, dusting, interior glass, and trash. This is an office building with mostly carpet. It is approx 12,500 sq feet which would require 1 person a night working approx 5.0 hours each night (or 2 people doing 2.5 hrs each). This job will pay $1625/month, and you will paid each month that you clean. To be considered you most forward a copy of your insurance policy (which includes Workers Compensation), a W-9, and prove you have the ability to handle an account this size with references. Failure to provide this will remove you from consideration. You must be willing to start cleaning right away. IF YOU CLEAN WELL, WE HAVE A LOT MORE BUSINESS TO GIVE YOU.
