Purpose The Landscaping position is responsible for performing various tasks that require the upkeep and weekly maintenance of commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities • Performing jobs such as mulching, edging, landscape installations, landscape maintenance, shrub pruning, hardscaping and further grounds keeping duties. • Operate machinery such as excavators and bobcats. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • (Landscaping labor) 1+ years of experience related to grounds keeping, mulching, edging, shrub pruning, landscape installation, hardscaping and working independently and knowledge regarding proper use of different equipment. • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Ability to understand and carry out basic verbal and written correspondence, instructions, rules, and policies. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 70lbs. This position requires the ability to work long hours and weekends when needed.
