Looking for a person to help maintain rental houses in the Northside of Pittsburgh & McKees Rocks. * Must have a valid Driver's license * Must have a reliable vehicle * Must be able to stick with a consistent work schedule/be reliable * Must be able to work alone ** If you can't agree with all the above, please don't reply Types of work performed (Examples only. No specialized trade skills needed. * There is consistently 35+ hours a week of work needed. $12 -$18/Hr depending on experience * This is a 1099 job. You will work as a private contractor * You will be paid by check.
