Adult male cat needs a new home

I have a 1 year old orange cat named Casper. He answers to his name. I raised him along side another cat. But my other cat keeps fighting and bullying him. So I decided I need to rehome him to a good home. He is very sociable and loves attention. He is calm and has no behavior issues other then peeing himself if he gets too scared (he is picky about placement of his litter box). I just got him neutered and he is still currently recovering from surgery. He is vaccinated and I have all his papers to prove it. He is wormed and has his flee treatments. If taken, I will supply bed, litter box, litter, food bowls, crate and food. He is also collard and is use to wearing it. Will need a new tag. I would prefer no one change his name since he answers by it. I will ask a rehoming fee of $150 to cover the cost of all his vet bills and the supplies I am offering.
