With business growing rapidly, Digital Link Solar is looking to hire an energetic canvasser who can generate qualified leads for future homeowners looking to go solar! What Digital Link Solar is looking for is an energetic, motivated, and determined canvasser to knock homeowners doors, have a conversation with them and peak their interest to setting up a consultation/appointment to potentially go solar! It all starts with the first representation of the company and process that start with YOU! Requirements Experience in door knocking Door-to-door canvassers Daily accountability of the number of appointments set Must have reliable transportation Skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent ability to communicate in a professional, clear and accurate manner with all stakeholders including inspectors, utility reps, clients and team members Detail oriented, punctual and dependable, with strong organizational skills General mechanical ability and construction expertise Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Able to handle stressful situations Walking around neighborhoods for periods at a time Must be able to withstand periods of extreme temperatures and humidity (depending on the season) Comfortable working outdoors Neat personal grooming and appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills ***Commission for sales YOU set up*** *More details on commission will be discussed on a phone screening that is set up
