Position Summary: As a Powder Coater or Prepper you’ll have the opportunity to expand your coating and prepping skills as you work on a variety of sign and architectural projects. Our most successful employees have a professional work ethic, comfort adapting to continual change, and the ability to improvise and solve problems. No two days are alike! Duties & Expectations: Prep items for coating, to include masking, sanding and hanging parts. Learn techniques that meet Jones Sign quality standards We use a Gema box fed optiflex 2 powder gun. We also have a Nordson Tribo gun. Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project We offer cross traing into liquid finish.
