Looking for a competent, motivated individual to be a lead blaster for a Sand/soda/media blasting crew. While experience in blasting is not required, it will determine starting hourly wage. Training will be done on the job as a general laborer, with room to move up in wage and responsibility (quickly if an individual is reliable, responsible, and willing to put in the work). Experience leading/organizing small groups. Must have a drivers license and a reliable form of transportation. Office location is in Mesa. Employees preferably from East Valley, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe.
