Impossible to meet friends in the city: let's jam and hang!

Hey! Mid 20s girl who recently moved back to the city looking for people to jam and hang with. I've been playing guitar off and on for the last 8 years, and have been teaching myself bass more recently. I really just want more people to play music with, as I've been kind of writing songs and playing them alone in my apartment (sad). I know it can be kind of scary meeting new people so I am totally open to meeting at a public place first and seeing how we get along. All skill levels welcome!
