UX Design Students with 5 min Survey on Childhood Nutritional Needs

We are a group of two UX Design students hoping to get your help with a quick, 3-5 minute survey on the topic of nutritional needs for children. Target group is parents/caretakers of children, but if you're not a parent you can still complete the survey based on your experience from childhood. This survey is for a personal school project and survey responses will help us make design decisions. There are no personal identifiers in the survey questions; all responses are anonymous.
