If you know more about how to fix common household maintenance issues than the owner of the company then we want to hear from you. You must be able to troubleshoot and fix all common household maintenance issues including repairing or installing doors and locks, windows, flooring, drywall repair, unclogging toilets and sinks, minor electrical, painting, HVAC, and carpentry. Experience with any property management software is preferred but not required. Must be able to stay focused and efficient as you will be working on your own with little or no guidance. Basic knowledge of Google photos, email, tablets, and smartphones required. Immediate openings. You must have your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and tools. You will be traveling from property to property on a daily basis mainly in Milwaukee county, some Waukesha county.
