I am looking for somebody with experience in cutting, laying and grouting indoor floor tile - beginning today (Tuesday, 4/19). Approximately half of the house tiling is completed (other half still in level concrete form), but time obligations are not allowing me to complete it myself anymore. I am looking for preferrably a two-person team to complete the cutting and laying of 1,500 sq ft of tile, and then grouting 2,700 sq ft. If you are a two-person team, the pay will be $3,700. If you are one person, the pay will be $3,200. I will pay on a percent-completion basis. I have all the equipment (sliding saw, trowel, buckets, mixer, kneepads, etc.). I also have all the tile (plank), mortar, grout ready to go. I also have wedge leveling system which makes it easier to float the tiles. You HAVE to be able to backbutter and float the tile level, avoiding any lippage.
