Job description Water Damage Restoration Technician Immediate Openings: Water Mitigation Technicians Job Summary We are GROWING and looking Water Mitigation Technicians to join our team. This position is fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding. We are a full-service cleaning and restoration company. We specialize in damages related to water, fire, smoke, and vandalism. We have a 24-hour emergency service department handling emergency water damage mitigation services. The ideal candidate has carpet & upholstery cleaning experience as well as water mitigation, however, we are willing to train candidates looking for a career opportunity. Minimal Responsibilities and Duties - Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire - Go over the scope of work with customers - Acquire signature on contracts - Perform the removal of building materials as required by industry standards - Install mitigation equipment to reduce the severity - Keep open lines of communication with the office and all other parties involved (documentation and follow through) - Ability to respond to emergency calls Intangible qualities - Must possess Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting/positioning of heavy equipment - Able to work 40+ hours and/or weekends - Must have a high self-image, and be clean and presentable - Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier. Qualifications MUST have a valid driver's license, AND no marks on driving record MUST be eligible to work in the United States IICRC qualification is preferred but not required.
