FULL TIME POSITION: LANDSCAPE FOREMAN & CREW LEADER Responsibilities: Operate large machinery for landscape jobs Install trees and shrubs, mulch and other landscape, hardscape and lawn maintenance duties Promote a positive, safe work environment for fellow team members Work closely with and lead a team to accomplish a common goal Create distinguished final product with superior customer satisfaction Requirements: Valid driver’s license 2-5 years previous landscape experience (installing plants, mulching and lawn maintenance duties) Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs. Positive attitude and team-oriented This is a full time position, compensating above the industry average. We offer paid vacation, holidays and a benefits package.
