JOB DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Associate III will assist with operational functions of Charisma Media's Warehouse/ Distribution Center, located on Sand Pond Road in Lake Mary, Florida. HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm COMPENSATION: Call for salary information. 407-333-0600, extension 1404. RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. Able to move objects under 50 lbs. on a continual basis throughout the workday. Pick and pack orders Perform quality control checks on orders before packing Stocking picking locations Prepares orders for shipment Assists with restocking returned product as needed Assists with loading and unloading trucks as needed Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the Distribution Center Assists with annual physical inventory Performs all functions of Returns when needed Familiar with customer requirements and procedures Able to drive all forklifts Perform Cycle Counts and Inventory Control Functions Able to ship orders through HighJump Able to pick replenishment for orders Agrees with Charisma Media’s Vision Statement, beliefs and values Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or Equivalency Warehouse experience not required but helpful Fully bilingual in English and Spanish a plus CLERICAL SKILLS: Computer literate with the ability to use Email and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Detail oriented Possess time management skills LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common policies in the Distribution Center MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to process basic math equations REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
