Print/ Insert Operator HIGHLIGHTS Location: The Colony, TX 75056 Position Type: Contract with intent to convert to FTE Hourly / Salary: $16-18 an hour, plus full benefit options Our client is looking for a Print/ Insert Operator to join their team! Job Description Overview: Our team is actively looking for a Print/Insert Operator to join its growing team in Dallas. If you have experience in operating print machines and/or mail insert machines and enjoy helping clients receive important materials, this role might be right for you. We are seeking an individual who has experience operating a large industrial size printing machine. The ideal candidate would have experience in minor maintenance and repairs and contacting vendors for larger repairs. Responsibilities: Maintain stock and keep machines stocked for daily jobs with out interruption Order new stocks and/or inform management when stock becomes low Call in and coordinate repairs & maintenance when needed Gather and load needed materials into machine from inventory Keep machine and work area clean and free of hazards Work in team environment with QA team to get jobs completed accurately and on time Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations Requirements: Prefer previous mail insert and/or printing equipment experience B&H Mailstar 500 experience is a bonus Ability to print between 100k and 150k images per day Ability to insert between 20k and 25k mailsets per day Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Basic computer experience Schedule is 6:30a-3:30p (flex if they want to come in earlier) sometimes Saturdays (really just occasional)
