Southern Floor Coatings, a division of Southern Structural Solutions, is hiring for a Coatings Application Specialists for our Central Arkansas/Northwest Arkansas division. The ideal candidate will have or possess the following qualities: Must be able to travel for training purposes. Consistent track record of coatings, painting, or other residential service. Previous experience with epoxy or other floor coating systems will be preferred. Ability to work independently Ability to accept oversight and constructive criticism Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Possession of a valid drivers license Experience operating hand and global orbital grinders Experience with chemical application and mixtures Our ideal candidate will be willing to travel a 3-4 hour radius from Greenbrier Arkansas to our residential customers for the application of our Polyurea floor coatings systems. Most of our jobs are residential garages, but we have also provided coatings on exterior patios, pool decks and other types of flatwork. Starting pay is up to $14-15 an hour to start. Additional bonuses for on-time completion an customer satisfaction. Our seasoned installers will average between $25-$35 per hour! Come grow with our Company!'
