POSITION OVERVIEW: Property Maintenance is essential to every apartment community, and it is the maintenance team that carries this vital role. We are looking for that special someone who is a team-player, professional, courteous and has a “can do” attitude. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will perform repairs, turn-over and preventative maintenance at the property. Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Scheduling, performing, and completing work order and repairs • All unit Turnover maintenance (painting, cleaning, etc.) • All Maintenance • All Preventative Maintenance • Renovations QUALIFICATIONS: • Heavy experience in plumbing preferred • Heavy experience in electrical preferred • HVAC Certification required • Ability to be on-call • Experience carpentry skills preferred • Experience in painting • Provide basic hand tools • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to communicate professionally • Strong customer service skills • Must have reliable transportation • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record • Proof of Valid Car Insurance • COVID vaccination preferred • We promote a drug free environment, and all candidates must pass both Drug/Background screening COVID-19 considerations: All common areas are sanitized multiple times a day.
