Description
** Please read everything before replying ** (ad posted on April 18th - pup is available as long as ad is posted - we will delete the ad when we find a home for him) We bought the pup for our son who started working more than expected & couldn't spend much time with the dog. Our son has recently taken a job out of state and can't take the dog with him. Sadly, Bru needs more than this upper-middle-aged couple can give him so we are looking for the perfect home for him. Not to be confused with the short, squatty, smushed faced English bulldog, he's 2.5ft 100lbs of pure IOEBA bloodline solid dog. OEBs are taller, have more energy, and are FAR more active than English bulldogs. Bru is an incredibly loyal, loving, sweet dog who loves everyone and everything. ** DETAILS ** • Excellent with cats and all dogs • Completely non-aggressive • Outstanding with children and people. He's never met someone he doesn't love. • Fully trained (sit, stay, lay down, fetch, come, sits & waits for the command to eat, he even knows the names of his toys) • All shots up to date • Not-neutered • Thrives on play and social activities, going on car rides, dog parks, being out in public. He is NOT a lazy dog. • Loves playing in water ** HOME WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** • Very active family OR a home with other dogs and/or kids to play with - he's very active and unless he's sleeping he constantly wants to play and go. • Fenced yard (Bru is not a runner - unless he sees another dog and wants to play, you'll never have to chase him around the neighborhood) - He LOVES to be outside in the grass and lay in the sunshine and we don't have a fenced yard so he doesn't get to do this often. • Lots of love, kindness, and the means to take care of him. He's a special dog who needs and deserves more than the two 15-minute daily romps in the yard. ** ENSURING HE GOES TO THE VERY BEST HOME IS OUT TOP PRIORITY ** Asking a $450 rehoming fee to ensure only serious enquiries. Cost covers mostly his supplies • Crate & therapeutic bed • Toys & treats • 6 cans of ProPlan High protein dog food (He is also on Purina ProPlan Largebreed dry food - the only one that doesn't give him gas or the runs :) ) • Leashes & walking harness • Five months of flea and heart-worm protection • Food bowls • Doggies bags & trash bin. • Remaining container of grass-savers wafers. If you are interested: Please include details about the home you can provide for him. All replies lacking details will not be answered.
