Hello. My name is Kennedy. I'm looking for a white or green male parakeet. Baby or adult. Doesn't matter. Must be in the $15-$20 range. Must be hand tame or mostly. I'd really rather not get bit repeatedly. Must get along with other birds as I have a cockatiel he will be free flying with during the day. I say Must be hand tame or mostly because my cockatiel is not yet fully hand tame and I don't want him picking up on bad habits of watching the parakeet biting me. They will not be housed together. I have a flight cage for my cockatiel and a separate cage big enough for 2 parakeets but I will be looking into getting a second flight cage. My baby needs a bird friend to play with while put and about. He needs someone to relate to. I got him from a breeder that kept him locked up with multiple other birds in a small cage. I've had him for a couple weeks and he really enjoys listening to other birds and watching videos or even looking at birds outside my windows and sliding door. But when he doesn't have access to do that he gets upset and almost lashes out. The breeder doesn't have anymore cockatiels for me to get a second. And I don't particularly want a second cockatiel as I don't 100% know the gender of mine and I don't want to risk funny business. So a parakeet friend works find for while they're out and about and they can even have their cages near each other so they can still entertain each other lol
