360 Modular Building Systems is hiring for several positions at our Facility in Ferndale! As our team rapidly grows, we have openings for entry level and skilled candidates. Our starting pay is $18.00/hr, but is also based upon experience for a more skilled employee! 360 Modular is a modular manufacturing facility specializing in commercial structures. All of our work is done inside of our 80,000 sq foot warehouse, all year round with no layoffs! Current openings include *Construction Purchaser- This position includes communicating with vendors, verifying pricing and materials, and coordinating deliveries. *Rough in Department – knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and general construction would be a plus! *Finish Department – high attention to detail and experience in wood frame construction, and cabinet installation would be a plus!
