Looking for a fun nanny with a flexible schedule!

Hi there! I am looking for a nanny for my 3 children ages 5,3 and 1.4! To start, I would need you every Wednesday from 7am-1pm then in July it would switch to every Thursday 7am-1pm. My 5 and 3 year old will be starting school in August so I would need you to drop them off at their school down the street that month. In September, I would also need on additional days from 8:30am to 3:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays. In December my schedule will change AGAIN! I would need you from 9am-12pm on Mondays and Tuesdays then 6am- 6pm(or whenever my husband gets home) on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays! Long Story short you would be a nanny to 3 kids 1 day a week until August when my kids start school. Then starting September a full time nanny to my (then almost 2 year old) until my kids got picked up from school. As you can see we have an ever-changing schedule! I need continous childcare for my 1.4 year till December 2023 at the earliest! Other than that, I would need you to be CPR certified have some references, and relaibale transportation!My kids are pretty easy. They would be fine with the park on some days and staying home to do arts and crafts on others. They get plenty(probably too much) screen time as it is so if you could come over and be the fun nanny for a few hours before turning on the TV that would be great! I don't need you to cook or clean unless the kids want an occasional quesadilla,hot dog or something. They also know how to pick up after themselves. I would need you to help with homework if the kids had any and thats it! This post is super confusing but a phone call would clear it up! Send over your resume and rates and we'll go from there!
