Help wanted around my parent's property. First and foremost this is not a steady full time or part time job. This would be an occasional/on call type of arrangement. This would be ideal for students in Jr. High, high school, or even college. The work wouldn't be too time consuming if you have a good work ethic. The person needs to be able to take direction well from my father (he can be meticulous/picky/micromanage-y, so the person will need to have a thick skin), be very reliable, honest, hard working, and willing to finish all tasks. The work will generally involve manual labor to include yardwork (tree trimming, weed spraying etc), fence repair, animal care (feeding and chores), material handling and movement, irrigation when my dad has the water etc. Again this wouldn't be full time or steady part time, but a great way to make some quick bucks for work that needs to be done around the property. This is to help my parents out. Pay can be negotiable but my Dad generally pays a fair price for the work, which isn't too terribly hard.
