Ameritech is currently hiring for industrial helpers within the Greater Houston and surrounding areas. These opportunities are contract-to-hire, with the ability to learn a skilled trade for those who are willing to put in the time and effort. Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License or ID • Have your own reliable transportation • Pass a drug screen and criminal background check • Ability to read and understand English Qualifications: • Knowledge of hand and/or power tools • Basic reading, writing and math skills, as well as the ability to understand English • May need to complete tape measure and decimal conversion test • Other skills and knowledge may be required, dependent on the position.
