She came to the shelter on April 8 because her longtime owner lost his home and poor Kady Kat had to be surrendered... She is just the most super sweet of cats and is a senior at 12 years old. As you can see from the photos she is a black and white tuxedo. She has FIV which means earlier in her life she was infected by another cat (or she could have been born with FIV if her mother had it) (Mating and biting is how it is passed between cats and only cats can get FIV (DOES NOT TRANSFER TO PEOPLE)) she is perfectly healthy. They can live a long and healthy life -it just means they have a weak immune system so do not let her outside to eat squirrels! She is totally healthy and a FIV cat can live with other cats. She went to live in a cage at Palm Coast Petsmart 24/7 on April 18 and wonders where her home went and when she will get out of a cage and into a home again.., Please come rescue this resilient gal!
