Complete yard cleanup, front and back, plus some planting. I will provide all materials. Details as follows YARD CLEANUP and LANDSCAPING North and West Sides (curb appeal) Prune hedges on north side to window sill level. Remove honeysuckle at corner by garage. Remove bougainvillea at mail box. Remove fountain grasses in circular bed, install 6 muhly grass. Prune fire bushes to 18”. Remove all other plantings along entire front of house (west side), including inside courtyard wall, EXCEPT for palms. Remove all courtyard walls. Install 25 mondo grass. Prune evergreens to gutter level and shape. Cover all red mulched areas with fresh red mulch. South Side (back yard) Remove all picket fencing. Cover entire west corner with shells. Remove all plant material throughout except large trees and palms (remove Robellini). Transplant crotons to west (front) side. Remove and save variegated lilies. Remove water tub and pump, all bricks etc from former waterway. Remove wooden wall behind gazebo (electrician to move outlet first) Remove curb in front of gazebo. Remove existing patio @ lakeside. Seed bare area, cover with hay Replenish shells with fresh shells. East Side Remove orchid trees. Remove and save arecas. Plant 7 azaleas. Remove all other growth. Replenish red mulch and shells. Pressure wash front courtyard, pool deck, and 4 season room, including pool cage. Remove all yard waste, all sides I live 170 mi. RT from site, so cannot be there for estimate. Tenant moving out, knows I'm getting quotes, so just introduce yourself at the door. My real estate agent will introduce you to tenant if necessary. All workers must sign waivers before work starts. Terms and order of work: 15% at end of first day, 10% upon completion of all north and west side work and clearance. 10% upon completion of pressure washing. 35% upon completion of all south side work, including removal of yard waste. Remaining 35% upon completion of all remaining work. Looking to start May 2 and work every day, complete by May 7. Job will be awarded based on your quote and references, but always fair and competitive. I'm guessing 4 days for a crew of 3, so please quote on that basis; if the work is much more than I've described, I'll give you a second chance. You can start next week. Thanks, John Ransom
