Job Description 5 years of experience in a Warehouse setting and supply chain management Punctual, Reliable, and a Self-starter Microsoft office / Computer Skills, must be proficient Ensure plans are created that implement proper ordering and delivering processes Ensure purchase orders for equipment and supplies are created properly Ensure all incoming invoices are confirmed Consistently maintain warehouse in compliance with OSHA standards Match all purchase orders to incoming packing slips to assure accuracy Maintain consistency with product budgeting Develops performance standards, goal, objectives, deadlines and communicates them to staff supervisors/managers Work closely with other departments to keep informed on client and/or vendors needs and expectations Ensure to attend all company meeting and training classes when required Assist supervisors and/or managers with all their supply and equipment needs to successfully carry out required tasks Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. Streamline where needed Track company equipment/ vehicle maintenance Assist with deliveries when required. Maintain safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently Handle monthly inventory count on hand in warehouse and accounts Plan the layout of the warehouse Keep the warehouse organized Must be flexible during new contract start or old contract completion i.e. Nights, weekends, travel, early or late starts. Benefits Upon completion of 90 days 3 sick days will be available for each calendar year. One-week paid leave to be awarded upon completion of one-year full year of service. Two weeks paid upon completion of two full years of service. Three weeks paid leave annually upon five year completion Employee Major Medical 60% company funded.
