Course 2. Caramelize duck breast, fire roasted baba ganoush, apricot chutney, ras el hanout.
Course 3. Lamb loin kebab, green lentil dahl, yuzu kosho, preserved meyer lemon, honey comb glaze
Course 4. Black sesame brulee, banana crema, sugar sesame tuile
