Whispering Firs Bog is an ancient peat bog surrounded by forest. Visit this hidden, fragile, rare, and exotic habitat in small groups to learn about its history and ecology. Protecting the Bog was the project that launched the Land Trust into existence back in 1990. What's so special about a bog? Come see for yourself! Tours are by reservation only and space is limited to 10 people per tour.
