Weekly schedule:
Monday is Yin/Yang Yoga: Balances the movement and strength sun energy of yang practice (like vinyasa) with the grounding stillness and flexibility of yin. Beginning with static, long hold postures for deep muscle and fascia release and then building to a strength/movement based sequence.
Tuesday is Vinyasa Krama: Movement linked with breath through a progression of postures of increasing difficulty.
Thursday is Hatha Yoga: Slower moving than vinyasa with a strong focus on breath. Each class begins with sun salutations in traditional format. Postures are held for 5-10 breaths.
Friday is Vinyasa Krama: Movement linked with breath through a progression of postures of increasing difficulty.
